THE PRACTICE
FULL USAGE GUIDE
How to use Simple by design.
01
Choose your blend
Pick the blend that matches your moment — Clear for focus, Steady for calm, Lift for an uplifting reset, or Dusk when it’s time to unwind.
02
Inhale with intention
Open the inhaler, hold it close, and take a slow, gentle inhale. Let the aroma create a small pause and help shift the mood of the moment.
03
Make it a ritual
Keep it with you and use it to for a quick reset during the day — before work, during an afternoon reset, after a long day, or as part of your evening wind-down.
HOW WE WORK
Four principles behind every blend.
Every Hoods IQ blend is created around one simple idea: make aromatherapy easy to understand, easy to use, and easy to carry through real life.
01
Purpose first
Each blend is made for a clear moment — focus, calm, uplift, or unwind — so you always know which one to reach for.
02
Blend with intention
We select aromatic ingredients carefully to create a distinct scent experience for each blend, without making the ritual feel complicated.
03
Keep it simple
No long routine, no extra steps. Just choose your blend, inhale slowly, and make it part of the moments when you want a reset.
04
Made to move
Pocket-ready and easy to carry, Hoods IQ is designed to stay with you — at work, at home, while travelling, or in between.
